Welcome to NICT Go ("App"), owned and operated by NICT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of our booking platform and services.

By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally competent under Indian law
• Provide accurate information during registration

2. Account Registration

You are required to create an account to access services. You agree to:

• Provide valid, accurate, and updated details
• Keep your login details confidential
• Be responsible for all actions done through your account

3. Booking Services

The App allows you to book services such as hotels, rentals, appointments, events, or other listed services. By placing a booking, you agree to:

• Follow the terms of the respective service provider
• Make payments where required
• Provide correct booking details

We act only as an intermediary between you and the service provider. The final responsibility of service quality, availability, and experience lies with the provider.

4. Pricing & Payments

You agree that:

• Prices displayed in the App may change based on provider policies
• Taxes may apply as per Indian law
• Payments may be processed via UPI, wallet, net banking, or card
• We do not store full card details

Payment failures, delays, or bank-related issues are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the individual service provider. General rules:

• Some bookings may be non-refundable
• Refund timelines depend on bank/payment gateway
• Service providers may deduct cancellation charges

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Misuse the booking system
• Provide false or misleading information
• Infringe on rights of service providers or other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and trademarks in the App belong to NICT Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any App content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Some features connect to third-party services (Google Maps, SMS, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for their performance or data handling practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for:

• Service provider actions or failures
• Loss due to incorrect bookings
• Financial loss due to failed payments
• Any indirect or consequential damages
• App downtime, errors, or technical issues

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with the **Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)**. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your behavior violates these Terms
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Authorities request account blocking

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indore.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The revised Terms will be effective from the date mentioned at the top.
