This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through the NICT Go ("App"), operated by NICT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to the terms stated below.
All refunds, cancellations, and modifications depend on the policies of the respective service provider (hotel, rental, event, appointment, operator, etc.). We act only as a booking platform and do not control provider refund rules.
